What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? My business offers a variety of fitness classes that cater to all fitness levels. With my newest addition Pound Fitness we get to ROCKOUT like a ROCKSTAR at the same time as kick butt workout. With addition of the Ripstix that are available in class this class is a great workout.This format has been seen on such shows at the doctors, the view and harry connick jr show.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I started my business because I realized that there are more ppl who are like me who don’t want to step into a cold sterile gym and much rather find a community with like minded ppl working out with smiles on their face as well as sweat dripping down!
What do you love most about your job? I love meeting new ppl and bringing the newest and innovative fitness classes … as one of 3 instructors only in Winnipeg the pound fitness class is exclusively at earl grey community centre.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? Clients have told me they love my classes simply because I have created an environment that fosters community and fun based effective fitness classes.
