What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
This is the only P90X class being offered like this in Manitoba. It’s taking the original P90X Program and making it more compact and better. I want to host smaller 6 person groups in order to work closely with everyone on their goals and workouts.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Working alongside them, upbeat music, encouragement, motivational posts on the walls and a comfortable environment.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I did P90X a couple of years ago and had killer results. I have tried P90 and P90X3 and loved them even more. I became Certified shortly after and luckily they have developed a more compact and easy system to use. It is for all shapes, sizes and skill levels.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people, educating them and providing the support and encouragement to push through obstacles and make goals become realities.
