The co-pilot flight is an entry-level, gentle flight for sightseeing.
The Extreme Altitude is a much longer flight especially suitable for returning fliers or those who want a more intense first experience, flying a mile high around the clouds and feeling the thrill of doing aerobatics if desired. Second-time fliers can fly five-times higher, trying more aerobatics, receiving a more advanced hands-on lesson, and bringing a friend to share the experience. Second-time fliers also get free photos for coming back.
Ultralights consist of a wing powered by a three-wheeled, motorized undercarriage. Flights follow 30-minute ground lessons where certified instructors oversee beginner pilots as they soar hundreds of feet in the air. Co-pilot flying time totals 10-15 minutes, and Extreme Altitude flying time totals 25-30 minutes.

Open seven days a week all year, Adventure At Altitude’s instructors teach groundlings to soar with the aid of hang-gliders, ultralights, and flying boats. During adrenaline-pumping experiences, guests can share a tandem vessel or pilot their own hang-glider while soaring up to 5,300 feet in the air. Ultralight SkyRides place passengers at the helm of a hang-glider wing powered by a motorized undercarriage. Passengers are welcome to try out aerobatic tricks such as dives, spins, and wingovers, or teach their partners the proper arm signals for left-hand turns in the air.
