The White Tower Restaurant is named after the storied White Tower of Thessaloniki, a sturdy monument constructed by the Ottomans in order to guard their city’s harbour. In a similar fashion, the chefs at White Tower surround their menu’s precious entrees and pita sandwiches with bastions of house-cut lemon roasted potatoes and saucers of greek salad.
