The one-hour sessions meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:15 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Students should bring their own mat.
Every week, certified yoga instructors help guests stretch into fitter versions of themselves, drawing from their certifications in yoga and fitness training. Seasoned yogis at the Curves club lead all classes within its comfortable facilities.
