Yoga classes provide full-body workouts tailored to expectant and new mothers. Pre- and postnatal classes cover a variety of topics for before and after childbirth, such as Birth Basics, Breastfeeding Preparation, Unexpected Outcomes & Fear Coping, and Infant Care. Purely Baby celebrates infants and their mothers from the first months of pregnancy to the early years of childhood. Along the way, parents and children are supported by owner Becky Heather, a mother of two, certified breastfeeding counsellor, and childbirth educator. She partners with an experienced staff of certified yoga instructors, registered massage therapists, a photographer, and a craniosacral practitioner, many of whom are parents as well. Together, they provide services including yoga classes, newborn photography, massages, and pre- and postnatal seminars to help clients through every aspect of pregnancy and childcare.
Along with in-house care, Purely Baby stocks its own brand of lotions and body wash for mothers, infants, and curious teenagers. A selection of Innotech Nutrition’s capsules and drinks further support healthy bodies.
