for everyone that bought this deal, be aware that this company has only been in business for two weeks, has not a member of the BBB and is run by people with no duct cleaning experience or back ground.
they will come to your house and try to make you pay them above the voucher price. they will tell you that they will not honor the voucher, and you have no recourse other then to cancel your voucher. they are not a member of the BBB for a reason people!
Didnt see your post Matthew and just had Best Season out too – what a mess they left and they didnt seem to know what they were doing either – one guy didnt really speak English. All they were interested in was collecting money for the vents – I bought a Wagjag coupon for Best Season that didnt have a vent limit – and they confirmed their office staff forget to tell customers there is an extra charge. they also left pieces of tin laying around on the basement floor – which was sharp and dangerous for children wont be having them down again
This business is extremely poorly ran, we made an appt as we had bought a deal find voucher. They called the day before our appt to confirm but we were unable to answer our phone, they did not leave a voicemail. Due to this they decided not to show up. They did not follow up at all with us, very poor customer service. We had to call multiple times to follow up and make another appt which was a huge inconvenience. 2 days before our second appt they called to see if we were home as they wanted to come early. We were busy and out so we said no. I confirmed with the man on the phone that we had an appt for 2 days later and the time and he said yes. I ended the conversation by saying see you then right? He replied yes. Well guess what……No one showed up again. DO NOT use this company! The will ripe you off, the deal find is a gimmick that they never intended to follow through on.
