I purchased 2 vouchers through DealFind on Feb 2/12. I have been calling monthly since Feb 28/12 and still have not received any service. Most recently, they are not answering the phone and the mailbox is full. I emailed and have not even received a reply from that. Very frustrating!!
Also, when I did speak to them I was told that the idea of the coupon is to have a full day or several days of work required and just receive the 4 hours free. It does not say that anywhere on the coupon, so I only want the 4 hours free for each coupon. Although he said he will honor it, I wonder if that is why I am still not getting any service.
Not impressed at all!
