HepCat Studio’s hip-swiveling swing classes train rug-cutters of all levels to lead and follow like a pro with their every move molded by experienced instructors. During weekly Intro to Swing: American Jive lessons, twisting and turning students start by learning the jive and then work their way up to the Charleston. Feet skitter and glide across the floor during Introductory Lindy Hop classes, as partners twirl and execute acrobatic leaps. More seasoned shimmiers can opt for an Intermediate American Jive course, which, like a zero gravity chamber, helps dancers land increasingly complex moves.
