Holiday Mountain welcomes travellers to the prairie at a resort that converts into a skiing destination each winter. Customers stay at the resort’s Mountain Inn accommodations (a $78.40 value), which boast a choice of one double or two single beds, newly renovated bathrooms, and energy-efficient insulation perfect for keeping snug or for storing a few hundred gallons of soup.
