In the six-class level one pole-dancing course, experienced dance instructor Linda Klassen instills sultry moves and muscle-toning routines in students over a six-week period. The class’s slate of dance basics, such as posture positions, gradually prepares students for more complex spins and other choreography. One drop-in class from the studio’s schedule further bolsters students’ pole-dancing knowledge.
The 10-person private party gives ladies 18 and older an opportunity to celebrate a special occasion while engaging in a fun, alternative fitness routine.
