In one-hour Zumba classes, participants of all fitness levels burn calories by mixing easy-to-follow dance moves and low-impact exercises synced to Latin music. Classes are scheduled Monday and Wednesday night from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The staff at MorFit Training Centre Ltd. maintains the welcoming atmosphere of smaller gym, helping clients attain their fitness goals through personal training and by leading six fitness classes—Zumba, yoga, kickboxing, boot camp, strength training, and spinning. Alternatively, open memberships let guests workout in MorFit’s clean, colourful studios at their own pace.
