After numerous times trying to contact this company to schedule a cleaning (purchased through Teambuy.ca) they sent one woman, her 20 year old son and his girlfriend (for 1 hour instead of 2 people for 2 hours!). . . . The cleaning was just OK, nothing special. . . B U T a vintage collectible tin (valentines day gift over 10 years ago) was taken from my husband’s nightstand drawer!! . . . Towards the end of the cleaning session the girlfriend rushed out of the house and then locked her keys in her car, having to come back inside to get a coat hanger. . . . Now I know why she was so flustered I think!! This company is supposed to be LICENSED, BONDED and INSURED however they are not responding to my messages regarding this theft and I am now going to be forced to file a police report.
I bought this coupon as a gift for my neighbour. It is expiring in a month and she has been calling this company with no response for over two weeks. The lady does not return calls and wants to do all her business by facebook and email. My neighbour is 75 years old and is not comfortable with technology. I have tried to help and now when the lady emails her back ( still no phone call) her only available time is at end of month and my neighbour is away so it is too late to use the coupon. My nieghbour is very frustrated with the whole thing and I do not blame her. Where is the customer service???? She has given up and will not be using the coupon. Maybe this is what the company wants so they can get the money without working???!!!!
